  Jon Spector to Join National Board of Trustees of March of Dimes

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., JULY 31, 2001 – Jon Spector, chief executive officer of Seurat Company, a business strategy and technology firm, will join the national Board of Advisors of the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation in September 2001, it was announced today.

March of Dimes trustees and advisors, who serve as volunteers, represent the public in governing the Foundation and helping it realize its mission to prevent birth defects and infant mortality.

Prior to his appointment with Seurat in March 2001, Mr. Spector was chief executive officer of Kentucky-based Darwin Networks, a wireless broadband ISP. His previous consulting career spanned 20 years with McKinsey & Company, where he held several high- level positions and was instrumental in opening the firm’s Taiwan office.

Mr. Spector holds a B.S. degree in math and economics from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and a M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He and his wife Wendy have four sons and reside in Weston, Massachusetts.

The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality.
