WalkAmerica Volunteers Rally at NBC's the Today Show

White Plains, NY, April 23, 2002—Some 30 March of Dimes volunteers gathered on Rockefeller Plaza in New York this morning to kick off WalkAmerica on NBC's The Today Show.

Dressed in March of Dimes t-shirts, hats and wearing their corporate logos, WalkAmerica team members from Kmart, CIGNA and the National Peanut Board waved banners and cheered for the nation's first and best loved walking event as weatherman Al Roker circled the plaza and interviewed attendees during his weather segment. Go Walk!
