HARRIS BROOKS ELECTED TO NATIONAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MARCH OF DIMES
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., JULY 17, 2007 – Harris Brooks, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Choice Health, a management services organization, has been elected to the National Board of Trustees of the March of Dimes Foundation, it was announced today.
March of Dimes trustees, who serve as volunteers, represent the public in governing the organization and advancing its mission.
“Harris Brooks has been a dedicated volunteer for the March of Dimes who shares our goal to give every baby a healthy start in life,” said Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, President of the March of Dimes.
Mr. Brooks has been a volunteer leader of the March of Dimes for more than 12 years. Most recently, he served as chairman of the foundation's National Office of Volunteers. Immediately prior to his current positions, Mr. Brooks was chairman and CEO of People Health Associates, Inc. In addition, he was a past President and General Manager for CIGNA Healthcare in three markets and served as Chairman of the Board for CIGNA Healthcare of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brooks has also held various senior management positions in hospital administration and in the health insurance industry. He also is involved in many community and governmental programs. He holds the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and serves as the Senior Air Force Liaison to Civil Authorities for Homeland Security at the regional and national level.
Mr. Brooks is a graduate of Temple University and Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Mr. Brooks and his wife, Cheryl, have a daughter and two granddaughters. They reside in Warminster, Pennsylvania.

ROBERT F. FRIEL ELECTED TO NATIONAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MARCH OF DIMES
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., JULY 17, 2007 – Robert F. Friel, Vice Chairman and President, Life and Analytical Sciences, PerkinElmer, Inc., has been elected to the National Board of Trustees of the March of Dimes Foundation, it was announced today.
March of Dimes trustees, who serve as volunteers, represent the public in governing the organization and advancing its mission.
“Robert Friel understands and shares our commitment to improving the health of America's babies,'' said Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, President of the March of Dimes.
Mr. Friel is currently responsible for driving the strategic direction of PerkinElmer's Life and Analytical Sciences business. Prior to his current position, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PerkinElmer. Mr. Friel also serves on the boards of Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Fairchild Semiconductor.

JEROME T. LIENHARD II ELECTED TO NATIONAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF MARCH OF DIMES
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., JULY 17, 2007 – Jerome T. Lienhard Senior Vice President and Treasurer of SunTrust Banks, Inc., has been elected to the National Board of Trustees of the March of Dimes Foundation, it was announced today.
March of Dimes trustees, who serve as volunteers, represent the public in governing the organization and advancing its mission.
“Jerome Lienhard shares our goal to give every baby a healthy start in life, and we look forward to working with him as the March of Dimes also grows and develops as an organization,” said Dr. Jennifer L. Howse, President of the March of Dimes.
Mr. Lienhard has an extensive background in corporate treasury management. Most recently, he was Senior Executive Vice President and Treasurer of MBNA. He has also held the posts of Senior Vice President of Debt & Equity Financing for Freddie Mac. In addition, he is a past Corporate Treasury Manager for the Toyota Motor Credit Corporation. Mr. Lienhard has earned several awards from financial industry observers for groundbreaking and exceptional financial transactions.
Mr. Lienhard holds a Master's in International Finance and a Bachelor's in Accounting, both from the University of Southern California. Mr. Lienhard and his wife Sue live in the Atlanta area.
