Support the March of Dimes Through the 2007 Combined Federal Campaign The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the annual fundraising drive conducted by Federal employees and military personnel each fall in their workplace. Toll Road Investors Partnership II, L.P., owner of the Dulles Greenway, held its third annual Drive for Charity on Thursday, May 15.  Tolls collected that day were donated to the March of Dimes and five other charities.  This year's event raised more than $198,000.  Funding from last year’s event enabled the March of Dimes to start a NICU Family Support project at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children and provide support materials to Inova Loudoun Hospital.
