TITLE: Chicago Division Exective Director
REPORTS TO: State Director
LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois
REASON FOR OPENING: New Position
POSITION PURPOSE:
Organize and manage all activities in the division including, fundraising, committee and board functions and communications within the Chicago division of the chapter. Ensure that the Chicago division is implementing programs and operating at optimal efficiency to implement programs and events, and meet fundraising goals. Recruit, train, and supervise staff as well as participate as an active member of the chapter management.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years experience in development, staff management, volunteer recruitment, board management <
- Strong communication, problem solving, implementation, planning and organization skills;
