  TITLE: Office Manager

REPORTS TO: State Director

LOCATION: Cranbury, NJ

REASON FOR OPENING: Replacement

POSITION PURPOSE:
Provides high-level administrative support to State Director and management team.  Supervises secretary.  Manages office functions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare/write correspondence; prepare reports, record minutes and other written documents.
  • Supervise secretary and, seasonally, temporary support.
  • Develop and coordinate information and data management.
  • Create invitations, flyers, programs and ad journals.
  • Track event components and revenue/expenses.
  • Assist with HR processing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and assist with the coordination of events.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and other computer software
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organization, and time management skills
  • Five+ years office/support experience.
