March of Dimes public affairs focuses on national and state public health policy and programs that affect women of childbearing-age, infants and children. The Foundation also works on issues that pertain to non-profit organizations. In addition to a base office in Washington, DC, the March of Dimes has public affairs staff in every state and Puerto Rico.
